Who we are

Wattl Ltd, of Sci-Tech Daresbury, Warrington, WA4 4FS, United Kingdom, is the controller of any personal data described here. Questions about this notice or your data can be sent to hello@wattl.ai.

This notice covers wat.tl only. Wattl AI, Manchester AI, Dexter and Creative Woodturner each have their own website, and each of those carries its own notice.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics, and it collects no personal data itself.

If you email us, we use what you send to reply to you and to deal with whatever you asked about, and we keep the correspondence for as long as that takes and for our records of it afterwards. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or the steps needed before entering into a contract where your enquiry is about working with us or investing in us.

Hosting and third parties

GitHub Pages hosts this site. GitHub may record the IP address of visitors in its logs for security purposes. See GitHub's note on data collection.
Google Fonts serves the typeface. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which sees your IP address in the process. See Google's privacy note for Google Fonts.

We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the providers named above, to the extent needed to run this site and answer you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email hello@wattl.ai and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version is published here with the date above updated.
