You are responsible for any content you post on wattl. All content on wattl is public, including any images, comments or captions. You should only post content that you are happy to be seen by anyone in the world.
Please do not post hateful comments. Be aware that the content you post may be illegal in certain countries. If you are in any doubt about the suitablility of content - don't post it!
Any content that we deem unsuitable or infringes the law will be removed, and your access to wattl may be terminated.
We may refuse the use of any username for any reason.
We will keep your personal data private and will not disclose it to anyone unless we are required by law to do so. Your username, profile image and any content you post is by its nature public, but any data that identifies you (such as your name and email address) will be kept private.
Any content you post that identifies you (such as images of yourself) will be visible to everyone and by using wattl you understand the consequences of this.
You agree not to misuse wattl in a way that is harmful or detrimental to the system or other users. This includes denial of service, injection or other types of attack, or reverse-engineering with harmful intentions.
We may terminate your use of wattl for any reason, including posting abusive or unsuitable content or in any way misusing the services.
Use of wattl is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
In no event shall wattl be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use wattl.
